Bonjour, I am writing a blog to share my experiences regarding my life, things I care about, food and also, about things I don't like. I had spent lots of years in New Delhi and I am wonder-struck about lots of things regarding Delhi people, Food, culture and markets too. So, I had this special place for travelling in my life and staying mostly time in Delhi, Make me miss those fares more, so I am sharing my favorite cuisine menu I had found and loved in Delhi, hope you all will Love it too.

If you are a gourmet, then you are ought to love this fare. It brings with it Pizza, Pasta, Lasagna, loads of cheese (My favorite is Mozzarella), Wine (oh yeah!!!) and how one can forget, Espresso (coffee). It actually dates back to 4th Century and has a great influence From Jewish, Greek (Ancient) and Roman (Ancient) food. Additions may include a chopstick holder; a large water or wine glass; and a smaller glass for big. Not Most of us will be stirred by this cuisine, but this saporous grub makes me very excited. It is an East Asian Cuisine and originated in the Korean peninsula, which evolved in lots of cultural trends, political interactions and my most cherished pet is Korean Dramas (and I would like to thank South Korea, for giving us Lee Min Ho... oops... lets don't get sidetracked by this hottie). Yes, actually Korean cuisine is a sinful mixture of vegetables, rice and meat. These have a tradition to eat seaweed soup on their birthdays,so yummy!!! Some of there popular dishes are Kimchi (Korean version of our Indian pickles), Korean barbecue (there gogi gui),Doshirak, Takbong (grilled chicken), Glutinous rice and last one I remember is, Kimbab (so cute naa). I was recently watching Desperado 2, but you all might be wondering why am telling you all this, it's also known as Once Upon a Time in Mexico, from movies to food; Mexico has lots to offer us. Sunny Beaches, blue water, loads of tequila, if this comes to your mind; then just add honey,cocoa,tomatoes, corn, squashes, tacos and kg's of chili pepper to it. Taking all This in account, UNESCO added Mexican Cuisine to its lists of the world's "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity".Adding to my confusion, my love was born here; Chocolate !!! It originated in the Mexicos' Aztec Cuisine and it was first drunk and not eaten. From Tortillas, tacos, Quessadilla, possible and how I can forget Exotic dishes cooked in Atec/Mayan style which Has ingredients ranging from iguana to rattlesnake, deer, spider monkey, chaplains, ant eggs, and other kinds of insects (YUCK!!!
